Design & Build

Wahaso works closely with architects and engineers to design a system that will fit the parameters of a specific project. When a Wahaso system is the basis of design, you can be assured that we are familiar with the parameters of the project and understand the performance requirements of the system.

Our water harvesting systems are built at our fabrication facility in Crystal Lake, IL. We pre-assemble as much of the equipment as possible onto skids and test each system before shipping.

The system is designed with flanged inlets and outlets as well as quick disconnects. All of this reduces installation time in the field as well as potential issues upon start-up.

Start-Up, Commissioning & Training

Included in the price of each system are two site visits. The first is for start-up and commissioning, which is done after the system has been fully installed by on-site contractor. During the second visit, we train the local staff on the system operation and maintenance. Wahaso sells fully integrated systems from pre-filtration and storage to processing and pressurization, all designed to work as a single system monitored and managed by our control system.

By supplying a complete system, we warrant that it will all work as specified. We understand the many contractors have little experience with these complex systems, so this integrated approach and system support make it easier for the installing contractor.
